Refund policy

RETURNS 

Unfortunately, due to the nature of our products, and for hygiene reason, we DO NOT offer returns or exchanges on items simply unwanted/ for change of mind. 

In the case you receive a damaged or faulty product, you must notify us within 24 hours of your purchase, with a receipt or proof of purchase and photo evidence of the damaged goods to complete your return. Please contact us first before sending back items you perceive to be faulty or damaged (info@kakedkosmetics.com).

If you have received the wrong item, you must notify us within 24 hours with proof that the item you have received is incorrect and not your original order. The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, as well as in its original packaging. 

Kaked Kosmetics do not pay returns postage unless the item is wrong, damaged or faulty. Please keep proof of your return postage as we cannot issue you a refund if you do not have proof of postage and the item is lost in transit. 

REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE) 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or to the original method of payment within a certain amount of days. 

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Next contact your bank, as there is often some processing time before a refund is posted. 

If you have done all this and have still not received your refund, please contact us at info@kakedkosmetics.com. 

EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)

We only replace items if they are defective, wrong or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@kakedkosmetics.com and we will assist you further. 

Upon receipt of your order, please check the goods are in perfect condition and notify us straight away if there is a problem. 

The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you use a parcel service that insures you for the value of the goods.  

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchange product to reach you may vary.
