HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ITEM(S) TO BE DELIEVERED?

If you are based in the UK, first class Royal Mail postage usually takes 1-2 working days to be delivered. 

Second class Royal mail postage usually takes 3-5 working days to be delivered.

If you decide to use the Tracked 48 service, that could also take up to 2-3 working days to be delivered. 

 

HOW CAN I TRACK  MY ORDER?

When selecting your preferred shipping option at the checkout, please select the Track48 option which will guarantee you a tracked delivery service. If you have any issues tracking your product, please send our support team an email at info@kakedkosmetics.com and we will be happy to assist you!

 

WHAT DO I DO IF I SUBMITTED THE WRONG ADDRESS?

If you have made the mistake of submitting the wrong address don't worry! Send us an email at info@kakedkosmetics.com and we will do our best to help you. Please aim to notify us within 24 hours of your purchase so that, if possible, we can amend the mistake.

Please note that once the order has been shipped, we are unable to modify, cancel or refund your order. Please do your best to ensure your details are correct. 

 

I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY ORDER CONFIRMATION?

Order confirmations are sent immediately after your order is placed. If you have not yet received one, please check your junk/spam box, or double check if there is a mistake in the email address you have given. If you are still having issues, please contact info@kakedkosmetics.com.
