I AM MISSING SOME ITEMS?

Kaked Kosmetics want to make sure you get what you pay for and ensure all orders are carefully and correctly packaged. In the case you receive your order and items are missing, please contact info@kakedkosmetics.com and we will rectify the issue. You must notify us within 24 hours of your purchase. 

 

I HAVE RECEIVED THE WRONG ORDER?

If the order you have received is not the same as your original order, please contact info@kakedkosmetics.com and we will assist you. You must notify us within 24 hours of your purchase with proof that the item(s) you have received is not your original order; the item must be unused, in its original packaging and in the same condition you received it.

 

I HAVE RECEIVED DAMAGED ITEMS?

Kaked Kosmetics aim to provide the best service and standard therefore, we carefully package all items to ensure this standard is maintained. In the case you have received damaged or faulty goods, you must notify us within 24 hours of your purchase with a receipt or proof of purchase and photo evidence of the damaged goods. Please contact info@kakedkosmetics.com

Please note that Kaked Kosmetics are not responsible for damage caused to products by the mail service.
